## What Gydel is

Gydel is a mobile web app that turns idle moments into live AI-built audio adventures. It is designed for waiting, commuting, walking, cooking, resting, bedtime and other moments when people want story and play without staring at a screen. The player chooses a story world, listens as Gydel builds an immersive scene live around their actions, then responds with discreet controls or by speaking a free-form action.

Gydel is not a fixed audiobook and not a simple choose-your-path book. It is closer to an audio-first interactive fiction game, with narration, music, sound effects and player-driven story direction. With compatible headphones or audio controls, much of the adventure can be played with the phone in your pocket after setup. For bigger choices, voice control lets the player say what they want to try instead of being limited to a small menu. Gydel is best experienced with earphones that have real pressable controls rather than touch-only controls.
